Cream 47 was developed by using a very unique cut of AK-47 which was selected and picked from Durango, Mexico. The AK-47 was pollinated by prize Oreoz tissue which was hunted out of a batch of 94 plants grown from regular seed. This is a highly stabilized line that was bred for its trichome production and bud structure. Cream 47 finishes flowering in 60-64 days with little defoliation needed through flowering. This line has tested at 36% total cannabinoids. It was bred to have a strong resistance towards thrips, aphids & fungus gnats. The aromas on these buds smell of freshly baked cookies with an earthy twist that leave the user feeling uplifted & motivated! This seed was developed by Green Luster Phenos. GLP is a trusted member of the Triangle Seeds Breeder Network, ensuring top-tier quality and genetic integrity.

Sativa Leaning Hybrid
Is Cream 47 an Autoflower or Photoperiod strain?
Cream 47 is a Photoperiod strain. Photoperiod varieties flower when the light schedule changes (typically 12 hours on / 12 hours off). They take longer than autoflowers but give you more control over plant size and yield. Autoflower varieties flower automatically based on age, usually finishing 9 to 12 weeks from seed — no light timing required.
How long does it take Cream 47 to grow?
Photoperiod strains give you more control over timing, but they take longer overall — typically 3 to 5 months from seed to harvest. You'll spend 4 to 8 weeks in vegetative growth (where you control how big the plant gets), then switch to a 12/12 light schedule to trigger flowering, which takes another 7 to 10 weeks depending on the strain. Indoor growers have full control over when to flip, while outdoor harvests generally land between late September and mid-October. Check the strain details above for specific flowering time estimates, and visit our growing guide for a full walkthrough.

How do I germinate Cream 47 seeds?
We recommend the paper towel method for the most reliable results. Start with a 24-hour soak in a hydrogen peroxide solution (1 part 3% H2O2 to 6 parts water) to boost germination rates. After soaking, place your seeds between two damp paper towels inside a container or plastic bag, and keep them in a warm spot (around 75 to 80°F). Most seeds crack open within 24 to 72 hours. Once a taproot appears, transfer the seed gently into your growing medium about a quarter-inch deep. For a full walkthrough, check out our germination guide.
