Yes. You must designate your cultivation site when you register with the Hawaii Department of Health, and that address appears on your 329 card. You may only register one grow site, and plants may only be cultivated at that registered location. The site must be your own residence, your caregiver's residence, or another location you own or control.

Yes. Every plant must have a legible identification tag showing your 329 registration number and your card's expiration date at all times. This is a statutory requirement under HAR 11-160-31(b). Keep tags legible, replace them when your card is renewed, and ensure they are attached to each plant throughout your grow.
